I’m not telling you something new.

I’m teaching you something new.

The personal challenges experienced by you and your colleagues arrive at your workplace every day in the form of distraction, worry, and anxiety, which leads to compromised acuity and strained inter-personal relationships. Not to mention decreased productivity, increased absenteeism, and turnover. Add in direct medical, legal, and insurance fees and, Oy!, what a headache.

But here’s the good news: there’s a way to break this cycle. Imagine having practical, actionable solutions to help your and your colleagues address the most challenging personal and professional problems in your lives.

“I’m piled under heaps of work with no idea how to prioritize.”

“There are not enough hands on this project and I’m the only one pulling her weight.”

“Marital strain/divorce/parenting and caregiving demands/family illness is affecting my ability to be productive - even present- at work.”

“I’m sick of my teammates’ annoying habits/negative outlooks/inefficient social skills.”

“My personal health challenge is sapping my energy, adding extra weight, piling on worry and distracting me. I can’t focus on work.”

What I propose is not the health and wellness lunch-and-learns offered by insurance companies. Nor is it a company-wide wellness initiative. (Wellness Champions and Sunshine Committees are fantastic additions, but as I’m sure you’ve learned, rarely make the deep impact necessary for sustainable change.) My programming is different.

I employ the foundations of positive psychology, leverage design theory and the creative process, and actively engage coaching and facilitation skills to affect change - no matter the profession, role, or circumstance. I’ve worked successfully with high-level executives who feel underused and underappreciated, and with teams who don’t yet know how to prioritize their whole selves (they are more than just brainpower and hands-on-deck!). The result is heightened efficiency, achievement, and personal and professional satisfaction.
